Assistant Construction Manager 

The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for scheduling trades, overseeing construction progress, meeting with homeowners, and some labor when needed. Those tasks might include (but not limited to) light demo, trim/finish work, clean-up at job sites. This is an entry-level management position, with potential for growth. The Assistant Construction Manager will report to the Construction Manager.

Qualifications: at least one year of field construction experience preferred

Requirements: physically capable of performing the required tasks. Must have a drivers license and reliable vehicle (mileage tracked and reimbursed)

Compensation: This position may start as a part-time and grow into full-time at $15-20/hr dependant on experience, with a six-month evaluation with raise potential.
